#sbrisolonanelmondo is a social media content project for PASTICCERIA DOLCEVITA, my favourite place in Milano. A family run bakery & bistrot in the heart of Porta Romana district. Sbrisolòna is a typical sweet of Northern Italy, originally from the city of Mantova; Sbrisolòna (word that stands for crumble) is the best travel cake you can have, as it cannot be cut into regular slices, rather it is easier to break it with your hands to eat it, also perfect for sharing. For this project, I ask customers to take a picture of the cake during their travel, and those pictures will be posted on Dolcevita Instagram account.
Starting from Porta Romana now we're here! Kyrgyzstan, Japan, at the Burning Man event in Nevada's desert, what's next? Space? Almost done! You can follow Pasticceria Dolcevita and Sbrisòlona's journeys across the world here.
